Our story begins with Naveen, a business operator who experienced firsthand the challenges of managing customer calls while trying to balance everything else it takes to run a business. She tried everything from answering calls herself to training in store employees, but found that this consistently led to missed calls, incomplete information to customers, and missed bookings
That's when the idea for PurpleDesk was born - a virtual front desk service that could handle calls professionally while allowing staff to focus on creating amazing experiences for in store guests. Now, we’re able to offer you the same time saving service that we would use ourselves.
